BE SET UP IN ADJOINING ROOMS. HUNDREDS OF POLICEMEN WERE THERE. THE ONE
HUNDREDS CLUB OF HOUSTON DONATED ENOUGH MONEY TO JOE'S WIDOW THAT SHE DID NOT
HAVE TO WORK AGAIN. JOE WAS AN ENGINEER FOR FLEUR, WHEN GIVEN FOUR DAY WEEKEND
EVERY WEEKEND, HE STARTED WORKING SECURITY SINCE HE ENJOYED POLICE WORK. NO
ONE WAS EVER PUNISHED FOR HIS DEATH.
