- [S39] Information from Susan VanLuven by email 19Nov2009: I now have a transcribed booklet of the Old Methodist Cemetary Combermere and St Paul's Anglican Cemetary. It shows that Andrew Towns died oct. 27 1891 aged 39 years. Susan Bandy his wife died May 24,1886 aged29yrs. (footstones Father ,Mother) A son Ephaim Towns died Sept 3,1908 aged 32 yrs. 7 months. Andrew Towns re-married after the death of Susan and the son you have listed as Dickie was not hers. This boy was kicked by a horse on his maternal grandparents farm. The original 1881 census shows the family, My Grandmother , Ethel had not been born until May 07 1882 . Susan, my GGM ,took pains in her stomach and died within 24 hours.

- [S39] Information from Susan VanLuven by email 19Nov2009: I now have a transcribed booklet of the Old Methodist Cemetary Combermere and St Paul's Anglican Cemetary. It shows that Andrew Towns died oct. 27 1891 aged 39 years. Susan Bandy his wife died May 24,1886 aged29yrs. (footstones Father ,Mother) A son Ephaim Towns died Sept 3,1908 aged 32 yrs. 7 months. Andrew Towns re-married after the death of Susan and the son you have listed as Dickie was not hers. This boy was kicked by a horse on his maternal grandparents farm. The original 1881 census shows the family, My Grandmother , Ethel had not been born until May 07 1882 . Susan, my GGM ,took pains in her stomach and died within 24 hours.
