3. Lived with her daughter Annie until her death better known as Aunt Sis. While Annie was ironing one day, passing through her room with the irons from the stove to where she was ironing, she noticed her mother reading a newspaper about a fat black man, the article
was humorous and she started to giggle and dropped her paper. Her mother had bent over, Annie thought she was just picking up her paper. The next time she passed through, her mother was still bent over. She had had a stroke. She lingered on for a couple days before passing on.
